We contribute to existing integrity screening processes by providing a psychological assessment of potential or current employees in sensitive positions. Besides the standard ‘background check’, this behavioural examination gives the client a reliable overall view and understanding of the circumstances under which the risk of unwanted behaviour such as financial misconduct will be increased. We outline the potential risks arising from the individual in question and provide a strategic plan on how to identify these risks and address any problems at an early stage.
